Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for campaigns, product launches, and multi-channel marketing content (social, web, print, presentations).
• Develop narrative-driven visual concepts and contribute to the evolution of the brand design system.
• Independently manage the full production lifecycle from scoping and revisions to delivery.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent brand excellence.
• Lead creative development on high-visibility projects and introduce scalable components.
• Integrate emerging AI tools to enhance creative output and team processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in brand design with a mix of agency and in-house expertise.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating visual systems across digital, motion, and physical collateral.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus fluency in emerging AI design tools.
• Proven ability to build, extend, and execute high-level brand design systems.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects and liaising with external freelance partners.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating generative AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or Midjourney into workflows.
• Familiarity with the Stellar ecosystem, DeFi, or the broader fintech landscape.
• Passion for building accessible, equitable financial tools.
• Experience evolving design systems within growing, fast-paced creative teams.
