What you will do

• Lead brand refreshes and own the visual identity, art direction, and design standards for Krak.
• Ensure brand consistency across website, product marketing, lifecycle emails, social media, and app store assets.
• Create 3D visuals and build motion systems to give the brand a sense of movement and life.
• Develop and grow a reusable illustration library for product and marketing teams.
• Build scalable design systems, including Figma component libraries and modular campaign kits.
• Implement creative automation workflows and AI-assisted production pipelines to increase output speed and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Brand Design experience in fast-paced fintech or world-class design agencies.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for this role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing detail-oriented design, strategic thinking, and provocative creativity.
• Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects simultaneously, and iterate quickly.
• Natural storytelling ability with the capacity to rationalize design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools for rapid concepting and production.
• Passion for or knowledge of the crypto industry.
