Location: On-site in New York City; candidates located in NYC or able to relocate are preferred.

Salary: $165,000–$265,000 base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define, evolve, and maintain hirify.global’s visual brand system across teams, media, and touchpoints.
• Design brand surfaces including the website, social media, presentations, product marketing, events, out-of-home campaigns, and content.
• Partner with marketing and product design on product launches, customer stories, and major announcements.
• Create internal brand assets, merchandise, and customer-facing materials.
• Build templates, libraries, and standards that help others execute consistently at a high level.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and external partners while giving and receiving feedback to improve creative quality.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong craft in typography, composition, storytelling, and polished visual execution.
• Experience designing across web, digital, print, motion, and presentation formats.
• Proficiency with Figma and ability to learn new creative tools.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills, ownership, autonomy, and pride in visual work.

Nice to have

• Strong motion design or animation experience.
• Previous startup experience, especially in B2B companies with premium visual standards.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
