What you will do

• Create high-quality brand materials that clearly reflect hirify.global’s visual identity.
• Shape and evolve the brand system across all marketing and product surfaces.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Design for diverse audiences, including consumers, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines to ensure high craft and consistency.
• Report to the Creative Manager and provide strategic input on overall brand direction.

Requirements

• Must be based in France.
• 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and high-quality execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing or fast-paced startup environments.
• Basic motion graphics, sound editing, or simple VFX skills.
• Experience working with design systems, templates, or brand libraries.
