Location: Hybrid (Foster City, CA). In-office requirement: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define and evolve the Replit visual brand system, guidelines, and documentation.
• Apply the brand system across key surfaces including product, web, and primary marketing channels.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to ensure consistent brand expression within the product experience.
• Collaborate with and direct external design studios and agencies to extend the brand system.
• Develop scalable design frameworks that support long-term brand growth.
• Execute hands-on design work for high-visibility and foundational projects.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in brand design, visual systems, or identity design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, identity work, and multi-touchpoint application.
• Expertise in typography, layout, and visual systems.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Foster City, CA office (Hybrid).
