What you will do

• Make inbound and outbound calls regarding past-due customer accounts.

Requirements

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas.
• Customer service and prior collections, call center, debt recovery, retention, sales, resolution, negotiation, delinquency, or repossession experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer and typing proficiency with the ability to work across multiple applications and screens.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent Spanish is required for the bilingual role and must be verified for the pay increase.

Culture & Benefits

• Five weeks of mandatory, full-time virtual training from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with 100% attendance required.
• Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM, with Saturdays required from 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.
• Home-based workspace with wired internet of at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload is required; wireless, DSL, and satellite internet are not compatible.
