What you will do

  • Be the voice of hirify.global, delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • Support customers primarily via phone, also handling chat and email interactions.
  • Engage with customers experiencing complex or high-impact issues.
  • Build rapport and demonstrate empathy to foster trust.
  • Take ownership of customer issues to ensure their resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (B2).
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or German to support key EU markets.
  • Ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex customer issues.
  • Ability to take ownership and ensure customer satisfaction.
