What you will do

• Own end-to-end design from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and dev-ready assets.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in agile teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant, accessible interfaces.
• Harness AI tools to accelerate design iterations and architect user experiences at scale.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, visual design standards, and interaction patterns.
• Engage with clients to present work, incorporate feedback, and advocate for the end-user.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product design with a portfolio of impactful web or mobile interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
• Strong grounding in UX principles, design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with data products, AI/ML models, or analytics dashboards.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly within fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
