What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop web applications.
• Lead product design for multiple AI enterprise data products, from 0-to-1 initiatives to established platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations partners to solve product and business challenges.
• Advocate for user needs as the founding designer of the business unit.
• Contribute to company-wide design systems and interaction patterns.
• Identify product gaps, define solutions, and build support for implementation.

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web applications.
• Extremely high proficiency in Figma and fast execution speed.
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, domain-specific editors, and forms.
• Understanding of frontend development processes for web interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including customer-facing meetings.
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse product design capabilities.
