What you will do

• Coordinate initial treatment schedules and adjust appointments using creative problem-solving.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails to address patient and family concerns promptly and thoroughly.
• Manage administrative tasks for the clinical team, including medical record requests and patient transitions.
• Build supportive relationships with patients, families, and the care team to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, specifically with scheduling responsibilities.
• Proven ability to build relationships in a virtual, patient-facing or provider-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology systems and tools simultaneously.
• Must be based in the US.
