What you will do

• Educate and assist patients and caregivers throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Liaise with Case Management Agencies and medical providers to ensure documentation compliance and authorization.
• Provide high-level customer service via one-call resolution for prospective clients.
• Manage detailed case notes and track eligibility using Salesforce and insurance portals.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines for patient data privacy.

Requirements

• Experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and patience when dealing with clients.
• Computer proficiency and strong typing skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Location: Must be based in Denver, CO to fulfill the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar intake or coordination role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages.
• Experience using Salesforce.
