What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects involving engineering, operations, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve products for strategic customers and initiatives.

• Provide regular progress updates to the executive team.
• Operate across product, customer engagement, and business execution responsibilities.

Requirements

• Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in computer science.
• Ability to perform data analytics using SQL or Python.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team, developing product or operational processes, or working as a software engineer.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work on complex operational challenges and build new initiatives from scratch.
