What you will do

• Own high-visibility customer data pipelines and make decisions affecting data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and margins.
• Analyze customer requirements and design data taxonomies that improve model performance.
• Build pipeline infrastructure focused on quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Train, coach, and manage dynamic global teams.
• Build analytics and use data to guide operational decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market stakeholders and report progress to the executive team.

Requirements

• Technical background in machine learning engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to perform data analytics using SQL and Python and understand software engineering processes.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams or projects, managing operational processes, or working as a software engineer.
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex, ambiguous technical and operational environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building initiatives from scratch and executing quickly.
• Ability to work from the United States in one of the listed locations.
