Salary: $140,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design projects from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Design AI-driven and data-heavy interfaces where clarity and usability directly affect operational decisions.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex logistics problems into intuitive solutions.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, driving adoption and consistent implementation across the platform.
• Translate business objectives and user insights into innovative and feasible design solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping meaningful work.
• Experience designing complex, information-dense products such as operational tools, dashboards, or planning workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma and a curiosity about emerging AI tools.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to comply with the hybrid work model.
• Strong systems-level thinking and ability to define coherent end-to-end experiences.
• Ability to work comfortably within real engineering constraints (states, edge cases, performance).

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or operational domains, specifically logistics and supply chain.
• Experience designing for AI-assisted products, focusing on automation, explainability, and trust.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
