SMB Program Associate (Nonprofit)

What you will do

• Manage ELEVATE program cohorts, including recruitment, screening, and onboarding of SMBs and startups.
• Source and evaluate startups, matching their solutions to SMB needs and coordinating pilot execution and tracking.
• Design and facilitate workshops on technology adoption, including the use of AI for business growth and productivity.
• Conduct prospect research and draft grant applications, sponsorship proposals, and funder reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, chambers of commerce, and corporate partners.
• Track program impact through quantitative and qualitative data collection and reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in program management, business operations, partnership development, or nonprofit work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Must be based in Sunnyvale, California
