Salary: $128,000 — $176,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers, managing the full support lifecycle.
• Provide highly contextualized troubleshooting based on customer cloud architecture, security policies, and tech stacks.
• Lead technical cadence meetings to review open cases and prioritize outstanding issues.
• Proactively monitor environments to identify configuration drift and potential risks before they become incidents.
• Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents to maintain transparency and trust.
• Develop AI agents to perform broad customer-base analysis for chronic issues or systemic performance risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Technical Support, Technical Account Management (TAM), or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to read and understand code in Python, Go, and JSON for debugging.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or protected person) and reside in the contiguous United States.
• Legal right to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers.
• Certifications in major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in Cyber Security or Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP).
