What you will do

• Act as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for customers using the Cyera Platform.
• Lead onboarding, training, adoption, joint success planning, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Design customized use cases aligned with customer requirements, challenges, and business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, remove adoption blockers, and monitor customer health and usage indicators.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, executive meetings, and technical workshops.
• Share customer feedback with product teams, document best practices, mentor colleagues, and support interviewing.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely within the United States and travel 25–50% annually.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
• 12 years of project management experience and 3+ years working hands-on with data and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or equivalent scripting, APIs, web services, and cloud environments.
• Experience with databases, cloud infrastructure, networking, data and compute assets, IAM, and permissions.
• Technical customer-facing experience in a software company, including onboarding, renewals, expansion, and customer relationship ownership.

Nice to have

• Expertise in DLP, data privacy and protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
