What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Cyera platform, acting as a trusted advisor to practitioners and executives.
• Design and deliver customized use cases aligned with customer business goals using a consultative approach.
• Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding, training, and sustained engagement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting customer operations.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Advocate for the customer's voice to influence the product roadmap and development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies (databases, cloud networking, IAM, and compute assets).
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python.
• Experience with DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
• Proven track record in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
• Ability to travel between 25-50% annually.
