What you will do

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve Toronto office network infrastructure including wired, wireless, and redundant internet connectivity.
• Own workplace networking standards and reference architectures for future office builds.
• Manage physical security technologies such as access control and camera systems.
• Lead vendor relationships, technology evaluations, and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Design and optimize AV and collaboration technologies across meeting spaces.
• Mentor Workplace Technology Specialists and provide senior technical escalation support.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Toronto, Canada.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco Meraki or Aruba.
• Experience with enterprise workplace AV environments and physical security technologies.
• Proficiency in MDM platforms, endpoint lifecycle management, and automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for office builds and regional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in remote-first organizations supporting distributed workplace infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and physical security governance.
• Experience mentoring technical staff and establishing engineering standards across multiple locations.
