Salary: $160,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Engineer and maintain high-scale data pipelines and platforms that read, mutate and write data.
• Design scalable architectures for systems integrating multiple external vendors and internal tools.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to provide technical solutions for business bottlenecks and friction points.
• Drive operational excellence and improve the reliability of existing data systems.
• Develop the long-term roadmap for maintaining high GTM data quality.
• Utilize LLMs to evaluate data states and create artifacts for efficient user consumption.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite five days per week at the HQ in San Mateo, CA
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on data systems.
• In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Passion for observability and system reliability.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GTM vendors such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Marketo, Clay, or Rox.
