What you will do

• Drive operational excellence of the AI/ML Platform by implementing and optimizing MLOps practices.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for ML models to ensure seamless transitions to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain scalable infrastructure for model training, inference, and data processing.
• Develop robust monitoring and logging systems to track model performance and platform efficiency.
• Work with data developers to ensure efficient data pipelines for model training and validation.
• Implement model governance, version control, and security compliance standards to ensure data privacy.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and MLOps, specifically deploying models in production.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated experience managing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for process automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, or data lakes.
• Exposure to ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Git and Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
