What you will do

• Design and develop the ML platform for continuous deployment and integration (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize pipeline processes.
• Automate the training, testing, and deployment of ML models.
• Monitor and maintain model pipelines to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure security and data privacy compliance across all MLOps activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience supporting machine learning training platforms.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience managing JupyterHub and Kubeflow.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Crossplane.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Familiarity with data engineering practices and tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and model validation in production.
• Relevant MLOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty).
