What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for hardware and operational equipment, from sourcing to delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking to ensure critical components are available.
• Coordinate international shipments, customs, import/export documentation, and logistics partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
• Track procurement costs and vendor performance, providing visibility to leadership.
• Develop and optimize procurement and logistics processes to support rapid growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Experience managing international logistics within technology, manufacturing, or hardware environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, customs, and import/export regulations.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Fluent in English.
