What you will do

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contract terms and pricing.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality service delivery and skill alignment.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while driving cost efficiencies and ensuring value for money.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and maintain optimal stock to meet customer needs.
• Lead, hire, and develop a small team of technical field technicians, including performance reviews and training.
• Collaborate with internal procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain.
