Salary: $77,400–$86,000 per year base compensation, plus a 25% annual bonus target and company equity in the form of RSUs.

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of up to 18 Customer Success Associates across different experience levels.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and SLA performance while driving continuous improvement.
• Coach team members and provide training on products, policies, and customer service best practices.
• Manage daily operations, workflows, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain policy adherence, performance records, PTO administration, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management, HR, and IT to resolve employee concerns and improve operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in customer support, contact centers, or financial services.
• Experience managing performance metrics and improving team results.
• Strong communication, coaching, interpersonal, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
• High proficiency with workforce management tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms.
• Hold an NMLS License or obtain one within 90 days of employment and meet Qualified Individual licensing requirements in applicable states.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
