Project Manager (Government Contracting): Supporting U.S. Department of War clients in the development of strategic transactional agreements and real estate projects with an accent on partnership development and infrastructure resilience. Focus on facilitating stakeholder engagements, executing Performance Work Statements, and managing project timelines, scope, and budgets.

Location: Washington, DC. Hybrid: 2 days a week on site at the Pentagon

Salary: $90,000–$104,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop strategic transactional agreements through partnerships with local/state governments, academia, non-profits, and private industry.
• Assist ASA/IEE clients in the execution of Real Estate (Title 10) authorities to meet leadership requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and working groups with military and civilian stakeholders to provide innovative infrastructure solutions.
• Manage monthly project reports, financial reporting, and project tracking to ensure timeline and budget adherence.
• Design and create project deliverables, summaries, and PowerPoint briefs for the client.
• Conduct onsite partner meetings, requiring approximately 20% travel per month.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Preferred military experience.
• Excellent formal writing, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workgroups, and workshops.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Washington, DC for hybrid work.
