What you will do

• Design, deliver, maintain, and optimize the IAM strategy, systems, services, and technologies.
• Administer identity and access across Ping, SailPoint ISC, Entra, GCP, OCI, OpenText, and ServiceNow.
• Support user, machine, and privileged identity operations while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, availability, and platform stability.
• Integrate applications and systems, implement enhancements, and troubleshoot complex access-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT, development, testing, QA, application, and project teams on IAM solutions and operational processes.
• Mentor junior team members and identify opportunities to improve IAM capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS/CIS, or a related field.
• 4+ years of identity and access management experience.
• Expertise in cloud identity platforms, authentication and authorization, provisioning, directory services, SSO, federation, PAM, PKI, and MFA.
• Hands-on experience with Entra, OCI, GCP, Ping, and ServiceNow.
• Experience developing, deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise cloud-based IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of AuthN/AuthZ best practices, OAuth 2.0, REST, SOAP, XML, Windows/Linux, and scripting with Java, PowerShell, Bash/Shell, or Python.
