• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive security strategies and solutions.
• Design and deploy advanced identity security controls to safeguard networks, systems, and applications.
• Collaborate across disciplines to shape the security services strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 8+ years of experience in software or security engineering within Cloud Native environments.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud IAM Architecture (AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, or GCP IAM), including least-privilege roles and RBAC/ABAC.
• Proficiency in identity standards and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP).
• Hands-on proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and scripting (Python or PowerShell).
• Practical experience managing Non-Human Identities (NHI), including service accounts and API keys.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML security tools (Gemini, Claude, AWS Bedrock) and threat modeling for AI systems.
• Familiarity with zero-trust network architectures or SPIFFE/SPIRE.
• Experience with health-tech systems (EHRs) and regulatory standards like HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or Certified AI Security Specialist (CAISS).
• Experience architecting large-scale distributed systems and building CI/CD pipelines.
