Ancillary Performance Executive (Insurance)

Location: Flexible hybrid model within the UK, with work from any hirify.global office once every fortnight

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year

What you will do

• Produce management information, performance reporting, forecasts, and recommendations for trading and commercial decisions.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify trends and risks, and recommend actions.
• Support initiatives that improve revenue, profitability, customer outcomes, and ancillary product performance.
• Evaluate customer behaviour, journeys, product value, Consumer Duty, and fair-value measures.
• Contribute to product development, trading initiatives, controlled testing, and commercial planning.
• Build business cases through commercial modelling, customer lifetime value analysis, budgeting, and scenario planning.

Requirements

• Experience in the general insurance industry, ideally in a commercial, trading, analytical, or product-focused role.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis.
• Experience with commercial modelling, business cases, and customer lifetime value analysis.
• Understanding of ancillary products, customer journeys, product governance, Consumer Duty, and Personal Lines insurance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Ability to work within the UK and attend an hirify.global office once every fortnight.
