builds an open-access AI Cloud that aggregates computing resources globally through a GPU marketplace and AI inference service.
What you will do
- Source GPU capacity from NeoClouds, data centers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technical suppliers.
- Build and manage a supplier pipeline from initial outreach through signed agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, contract terms, and termination provisions.
- Conduct commercial diligence on GPU capacity, technical capabilities, operational reliability, and counterparty risk.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align supplier agreements with customer demand and marketplace economics.
- Track pricing, availability, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics while representing at industry events and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or commercial roles in cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
- Experience negotiating agreements involving cloud services, hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, GPUs, or similar technical products.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to evaluate deal economics, pricing structures, margins, and commercial tradeoffs.
- Comfort reviewing SLAs, payment terms, liability provisions, and other commercial contract language.
Nice to have
- Experience with NeoClouds, GPU providers, data centers, hyperscalers, hosting companies, or infrastructure marketplaces.
- Exposure to financial modeling, marketplace economics, or pricing strategy.
- Experience with infrastructure procurement, capacity planning, or hardware supply chains.
- Existing relationships in the AI infrastructure, GPU, or cloud ecosystem.
