What you will do

• Develop and maintain data-led digital content and merchandising strategies aligned with commercial priorities.
• Manage, create, upload, audit, proofread, and edit content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Build and merchandise content for product launches, promotional campaigns, and peak trading periods.
• Partner with SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Paid Marketing, UX, trading, and product development teams to improve consumer journeys.
• Use VWO, Salesforce Analytics, and GA4 to measure site performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee site maintenance, promotional code setup, legislation updates, campaign rollouts, and quality-control processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital content within CMS platforms.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Fluent Portuguese is required.
