What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 assessors to ensure contractual and quality standards are met.
• Set and monitor performance targets using data to drive productivity and service outcomes.
• Manage employee performance through coaching, objective setting, and regular one-to-ones.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, including workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• Right to work and travel within the UK.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.
• Proven ability to manage performance targets and quality standards.
• Ability to pass satisfactory vetting, references, and potentially a DBS check.
