What you will do

• Lead and manage specific workstreams within a large-scale data centre migration programme.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure project alignment.
• Establish structure and governance within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project or programme delivery professional.
• Ability to establish structure and ways of working in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong expertise in risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid work in Bristol or London

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Data Centre Migration projects.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology transformation programmes.
