What you will do

• Lead engineering work packages against agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track dependencies, actions, risks, opportunities, schedules, resources, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Maintain engineering governance and provide performance updates to project and engineering leadership.
• Support bids, change requests, estimating, planning, solution development, and growth activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in engineering project, delivery, or work package management within a complex technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and influencing stakeholders without direct line management responsibility.
• Experience in defence, aerospace, naval, security, or another highly regulated sector.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience from a technical military background.
• Must be willing and eligible to obtain SC security clearance and complete baseline personnel security checks.

Nice to have

• Background in systems, software, hardware, or electronics engineering.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Jira, DOORS, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with bids, proposals, change requests, business growth activities, or Earned Value Management.
• Experience with radar, communications, mission systems, underwater systems, or other defence programmes.
