What you will do

• Design and build internal AI platforms, reusable SDKs, and MCP servers for agentic applications.
• Develop complex single- and multi-agent workflows involving planning, state management, and human-in-the-loop approval.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Kubernetes infrastructure and Jenkins/GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Implement AI observability, including agent tracing, prompt logging, and cost tracking.
• Establish AI security guardrails, access controls, and governance practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of development experience with Python (FastAPI) and/or TypeScript.
• Minimum 2 years of production experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or multi-agent systems.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, and Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience implementing AI evaluations, regression tests, and observability tools.
