Senior Partnership Manager (E-Commerce)

Senior Partnership Manager (E-Commerce): Developing and managing strategic partnerships with agencies and affiliates across the DACH market to drive revenue growth and ecosystem expansion with an accent on partner activation and indirect channel growth. Focus on scaling agency networks, identifying upselling opportunities, and executing joint go-to-market initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Cologne, Germany (2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with agencies, affiliates, and strategic partners across the DACH market.
• Expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem through proactive business development.
• Enable partners to successfully promote hirify.global solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing partner relationships.
• Monitor partnership performance and derive actionable insights from data.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize partner impact and support joint campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Partner Management, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Sales.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry; SaaS experience is a plus.
• Proven success in building and scaling agency and affiliate networks with measurable revenue impact.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• German: C2 (Fluent) required.
• English: B2 required.
