What you will do

• Lead and implement strategic and operational projects across functions.
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives from the Management Board.
• Develop new business fields with operational teams in the core business.
• Conduct complex analyses and translate insights into concrete actions.
• Identify relevant KPIs and use them to support company development.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across backgrounds and seniority levels.

Requirements

• Strong academic record from a top university.
• Several years of experience in strategy and business development, leading consulting, or another fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of numbers and business modelling.
• Empathy, communication skills, and the ability to drive results with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, intrinsic motivation, growth mindset, and a bias for action.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
