What you will do

• Lead and implement strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for tasks initiated by the Management Board.
• Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams within the core business.
• Conduct independent complex analyses and translate insights into concrete actions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all hierarchies.
• Identify and analyze relevant KPIs to drive company development.

Requirements

• Strong academic track record from a top university.
• Several years of experience in strategy and business development, preferably in leading consultancy or fast-paced environments.
• Advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of numbers and business modelling.
• Strong communication skills and empathy to drive results with various stakeholders.
• Intrinsic motivation, bias for action, and a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
