Supply Chain Specialist (Industrial Automation)

Location: Hybrid in New Berlin, Wisconsin, United States; candidates must already have US work authorization

What you will do

• Execute day-to-day supply chain activities supporting material availability, supplier performance, cost, quality, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain supply chain processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and standardization.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and follow up on open actions.
• Provide status updates and support effective exception management.
• Apply supply chain standards and best practices while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver and participate in training programs related to compliance and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or other supply chain functions, including operations, sourcing, logistics, planning, or fulfillment.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Existing US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP.
• Experience with electrical or mechanical products, industrial automation, or power equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
