What you will do

• Own high-impact product domains end-to-end, managing reward economies, payout thresholds, and profitability levers.
• Drive activation, retention, and engagement through onboarding experiences, progression systems, and reactivation flows.
• Lead a rigorous experimentation process by defining hypotheses and designing statistically sound A/B tests.
• Partner with Data Analysts, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to align priorities and deliver product improvements.
• Evaluate new growth opportunities across market expansion, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Represent the product domain to leadership using data and customer insights to influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing B2C digital products (mobile apps, gaming, ad-tech, or fintech).
• Proven experience owning products at scale with hundreds of thousands of monthly active users.
• Deep understanding of incentive, reward, and progression mechanics.
• Strong expertise in running A/B tests and interpreting data through statistical thinking.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany to support the hybrid work model.
