Senior Game Designer - Systems & Economy - Fully Remote

Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the world; optional access to the Berlin office

What you will do

• Own the long-term evolution of one or two existing mobile games.
• Design, balance, and optimize economy, progression, reward, event, and monetization systems.
• Develop a cohesive LiveOps ecosystem that sustains player engagement over time.
• Build economy models, balancing spreadsheets, simulations, and forecasting models.
• Analyze retention, ARPDAU, conversion, LTV, engagement, and player behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, BI, UA, Art, and Development teams while driving testing, iteration, and experimentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and operating successful free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong experience in systems, economy, progression, and LiveOps design.
• Experience with casual or puzzle games and a deep understanding of player motivation, retention, and monetization.
• Ability to design and evaluate A/B tests and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, including balancing, simulation, and forecasting models.
• Excellent verbal and written English; proactive ownership and strong communication skills.

• Proficiency with AI tools for productivity, analysis, and decision-making.
