What you will do
- Build and execute partnership strategies, including team training, joint operations, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from launch through expansion and renewal.
- Represent customer needs and develop joint solutions with enterprise financial-services partners.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions and improve user experiences.
- Define success metrics, key performance indicators, and reporting for strategic partnerships.
- Help secure multi-million-dollar contracts and shape generative AI strategies for leading financial firms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a front-office finance role.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented approach.
- Creative problem-solving skills combined with the ability to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, curiosity, and autonomy.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
- Knowledge of LLMs, including the ability to explain how transformers work.
