What you will do
- Shape the technical direction of a production-grade Autonomous Agentic Platform (Neo).
- Define reusable agentic engineering patterns, contracts, interfaces, and delivery slices for SDLC execution.
- Lead implementation strategy across agent workflows, MCP tools, context pipelines, and orchestration patterns.
- Partner with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to turn vision into executable technical systems.
- Establish engineering standards for code quality, observability, and agentic workflow governance.
- Mentor technical leads and engineers to resolve design questions and raise the overall quality bar.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and scaling complex software platforms, including AI-centric distributed or autonomous systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, REST/OpenAPI, and cloud-native deployment.
- Advanced AI/ML engineering experience with LLM-based systems, retrieval strategies, and context engineering.
- Deep knowledge of architecture fundamentals, including microservices, C4 modeling, and contract-first engineering.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technical decisions and delivery risks.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Colombia or Chile.
