Tech Solutions Lead (AI) (Solution Architecture/Generative AI): Designing scalable enterprise solutions and translating architectures into production-quality systems with an accent on AI integration, cloud-native design, and hands-on software delivery. What you will do
- Design and document end-to-end enterprise solution architectures aligned with business requirements, security, scalability, and governance.
- Translate architectures into production-quality systems with engineering teams, contributing code, debugging, and participating in design and code reviews.
- Lead proof-of-concept builds and use generative AI, LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools to validate solutions.
- Shape cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, API-first, distributed, and integration architectures.
- Engage business and technical stakeholders through workshops, technical discovery, solution design, proposals, and assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with enterprise solution architecture, security-by-design, scalability, resilience, and cloud-native systems.
- Knowledge of generative AI platforms, large language models, AI agents, intelligent automation, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on software engineering experience with Python, API-based architectures, modern application frameworks, testing, observability, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as Docker and managed compute or serverless patterns.
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Databricks, Snowflake, FastAPI, GitHub, and Git.
- Experience delivering consulting engagements, rapid prototypes, technical assessments, and client-facing solutioning.
