What you will do

• Evaluate technical designs and suggest new technologies to maintain product standards.
• Define and manage technical coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Code complex solutions and prototypes using AI-assisted and agentic coding tools.
• Define and manage the product release process and document application architecture.
• Mentor and educate developers while acting as the technical expert across departments.
• Deliver deep dives to solve complex technical problems and execute ITDs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• 5+ years of experience on an enterprise SaaS development team.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Proven experience with unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic or multi-agent workflows.
• Background in ERP product development.
• DevOps experience.
• Heavy T-SQL or legacy VB6 modernization skills.
