What you will do

• Develop and maintain integration workflows between hirify.global and a variety of SaaS applications.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing technical specifications to development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal technical and business teams to ensure integrations meet business needs and follow engineering best practices.
• Lead larger initiatives and own complex projects from concept to end-to-end implementation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation within a team of 10+ engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with proper service security practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with integration patterns including pub/sub, Common Data Model (CDM), and batch processing.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Developer’s Platform, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
