Location: Hybrid position requiring attendance in the office at least 4 days per week. Candidates must currently live within commuting distance of the Libertyville, Illinois or Nashville, Tennessee office.
Salary: $84,000–$120,000 per year, plus potential eligibility for the Secure Start Bonus Plan.

What you will do
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP IBP solutions supporting supply and demand planning.
- Develop planning areas, master-data attributes, planning levels, key figures, and complex calculation logic.
- Monitor end-to-end data flows across S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and IBP, resolving integration discrepancies.
- Investigate system defects, calculation issues, and data inconsistencies through root-cause analysis.
- Validate data through reconciliation and consistency checks while optimizing system performance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and document configurations and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply-chain planning or SAP IBP environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP supply and demand planning modules.
- Strong knowledge of planning data models, key-figure calculations, aggregation and disaggregation logic, and SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration.
- Working knowledge of SAP BW concepts and data structures, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work from the Libertyville or Nashville office at least 4 days per week and reside within commuting distance.
Nice to have
- Experience with deployment and transport planning in IBP.
- Knowledge of advanced planning scenarios and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with ABAP or debugging techniques for integration scenarios.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply-chain-focused industries.
