What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution to drive growth across the AST portfolio, including Stapling, Vessel Sealing, GYN Health, and Hardware.
• Coordinate product planning, product launches, product management, market development, and market research.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans focused on revenue growth, market share expansion, and therapy adoption.
• Identify unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities, translating ideas into market-ready products.
• Coordinate marketing activities across geographic areas and collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
• Manage trade shows, website development, future e-commerce strategies, and campaign performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience in the surgical medical device industry is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate market insights into commercial strategies and manage multiple projects within established timelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a complex matrix environment.
