What you will do
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Analyze data to identify UI/UX enhancement opportunities and collaborate with design teams for implementation.
- Plan and manage on-site promotional programs and landing pages to drive revenue and conversion.
- Coordinate with category managers on product merchandising, assortment, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and perform sanity checks on product listing and detail pages to ensure accuracy and customer-centric design.
- Report on the impact and effectiveness of promotional programs using e-commerce metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, A/B testing, and web operations.
- Strong understanding of website design principles and best practices.
- Proven experience with analytics and A/B testing tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
