Merchandising Specialist (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve website performance and user experience.
• Analyze website data to identify UI/UX improvement opportunities and collaborate with design and development teams on implementation.
• Plan and manage on-site, full-funnel promotional programs aligned with brand positioning and customer needs.
• Manage product merchandising across landing pages, product listing pages, product detail pages, category pages, and checkout.
• Monitor promotional merchandising, product assortment, page accuracy, and site issues to optimize conversion and sales.
• Prepare reports on promotional program effectiveness, revenue impact, and e-commerce metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, A/B testing, UI/UX enhancements, and web operations.
• Strong understanding of website design principles, best practices, and data interpretation.
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Microsoft Clarity, or Power BI.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
