Maintenance Coordinator (Retail)

Location: Head Office UK, with maintenance support across nationwide retail stores; experience working remotely and on-site is required.

What you will do

• Provide planned and reactive maintenance support across all retail stores.
• Act as the first escalation point for stores and Head Office maintenance issues.
• Manage maintenance tickets in ServiceNow, issue work orders, and review repair quotes.
• Coordinate external maintenance providers, contractors, suppliers, and local Head Office support.
• Maintain store and asset data, create purchase orders, and approve maintenance invoices.
• Support new maintenance processes and escalate high-priority issues to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in retail maintenance, including remote and on-site support.
• Confident use of database systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues before escalation.
• Cost-conscious approach with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
