Maintenance Technician

Location: Newbury, Andover, Salisbury, and surrounding areas in the UK; 60% of the week at office locations or local sites, with the rest remote.

What you will do

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across stores, equipment, facilities, and property.
• Identify and resolve faults while prioritizing safety, compliance, quality, and first-time fixes.
• Coordinate external contractors and repairs to minimize disruption for customers.
• Use phones and tablets to manage daily work schedules, emails, completion updates, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, attend meetings, and support safe and inclusive store operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction.
• ONC or equivalent qualification.
• Full driving license.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Digital confidence, including tablet use and Office 365 knowledge; completion of relevant technical upskilling modules.
